Thanksgiving - Psalm 57

I will praise You, Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to You among the nations.

Today is Thanksgiving.

We have much to be thankful for. Perhaps you have the tradition where everyone in you family goes around and gives thanks for the things of this life. Many will say they are thankful for their home, their family, their jobs, their whatever.

I want to give you a challenge this year. State your thankfulness for God, His love, His Son, His Spirit, His faithfulness. Let others know what is most important in this world.

“I will praise You, Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to You among the nations. For Your faithful love is as high as the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. God, be exalted above the heavens; let Your glory be over the whole earth.”

If your family does not have the tradition - tell them anyway. Let them know what the true foundation of our thankfulness and joy is.
